Sounds like it's just dry & you need to use lubricant when masturbating which will help the chafing. You can find a lot of info at the site listed below...including techniques which you may find one that will work better for you & how to make your own safe to use lubricant. Might wanna check it out. May even have some info about chafing.

When you masterbate, you should do so in the shower, where you can use soap suds as a lubricant OR if you are not in the shower, use something else, like lotion.

To allow the cuts to heal, do this: Take a small dab of petroleum jelly and smear it right in and around the cuts. At the same time, refrain from masterbating for a day or two. You can do this without smearing your underwear (during the day); I would also recommend that you put some more on at night and again after a shower or bath. (In fact, to be on the safe side, I'd put a little on BEFORE and after you get into a warm shower or bathwater -- and try not to take really hot baths or showers for a few days.)

don't worry this is normal every guy has it. i'm guessing ur foreskin just hasn't retracted yet but other peoples foreskin may retract at different stages. not to alarm you but apparently after your 20 if the foreskin doesn't retract its a medical condition. but this isn't fact. all you have to do is try to retract it a little more every day like in the bath or shower but don't stretch that ur in pain just keep gradually doin this then eventually the foreskin should retract the whole way and everything is all peaches and cream lmao:) yeah no but i'm 14 and i asked the kinda same question and got helpful answers so hope this helped

It sounds that you aren't using any lotion? Try using some lotion and not trying to be rough on your penis. A cut is going to sting, so you need to wait until everything heals. Then try it with lotion and don't try to masturbate so hard. Have a nice day.

use an oil to masturbate (the kind used for massages is fine like almond oil) and you can add some vitamin e oil to it. Oil will moisturise the area and vitamin E will heal the wounnds and prevent chaffing. Also you could be too rough with yourself...maybe more tenderness is needed.

Try not to get Jet fuel in that region, and by a good lotion like St. Ives, your skin is probably just really dry.

hello bob,
get a water soluble lubricant, like they have for women with vaginal dryness. i don't know if they have such things for men, but you can use the one for women, as its used for both partner's. just look near the women's products at your drugstore, you know kotex, tampons and such. and you will see lubricants there. don't use anything else.
take care!
