Whether or not he was lying, you still need to use protection. Any kind of sex - oral or whatever - can give you a sexually transmitted disease. If you think you have an STD, then get tested. USE PROTECTION, YO!

Even if you had oral sex, he could still have gotten something. Use protection for both oral and regular sex.

Yes, you can get an STD from oral. Ask him to be very, very honest, and if you can't trust him I really wouldn't risk having sex with him.
