I were a size 14 in men, im black and im 13 going on 14. these girls asked me what size i wore, at that time i was in a 13 1/2 (5 monthes ago). When i told them my shoe size they started to giggle, smile and look at me like they know some kind of secret. I feel like there is some kind of expectation i am supposed to live up to about having a huge penis. is it true that black guys are supposed to? and if so when am i supposed to really develop.?

most times it's not true, but i wear a 10.5 & whatta ya know, lookit that!! everybody is different, though...dont worry about the girls, they'll mature eventually...

Its a popular 'myth'.
The best data I've seen suggested that the average black guy and average white guy had virtually the same sized penis. Asians were on average a little smaller. However, black guys were more likely then white guys to be 'really big'. Something like 10% of black guys were 'really big' compared to 3% or 4% of white guys. So the averages were the same, but exceptionally large cropped up a little more often among blacks.
As for the giggling, there's also a persistent myth that shoe size is linked to penis size. A white guy with huge feet gets the same giggles.

I've been in a few locker rooms in my life and from my informal observation I would say black men do have larger penises. Porn seems to confirm my observations. That being said, it means nothing...just a cultural/racial difference. They are no better nor no worse than any other race. Same with Asians who generally have smaller penises than other races. It just don't make no difference dude! With a little maturity, most of us find that out. Sex feels just as good no matter how big or how small your weenie is! Women don't care! Enjoy what you have! It's as freaking simple as that!!!

No sweetie, it's not true. That's what people say, and I don't know why, but you have nothing to worry about. If they are referring to something they heard on the TV, it's because they aren't "real". Take a shower, splash some colone on, and they will still love ya the same!

It is true. The average black guy is 9 inches and the average caucasian is 5.3 inches.
