I usually go to be 11pm a rise at 00.60 next morning. Urine is free flowing and it gives me no pain at all. I am 70 years old by the way.

You state that it is free flowing. I would also ask if you have a regular amount or just a little bit.
What I would really like to know is if you are diabetic. Have you found yourself really thirsty to the point that you can't stop the thirst? How is your weight? Do you ever feel really tired even when you have had a ton of sleep? If so to any of these then you may also need to be tested for Diabetes.
In the mean time, make sure you are eating a really balanced diet and really frequent meals. Cut the bad carbs but eat good carbs like yams or sweet potatoes. Cut back on the fat in your diet. Also, if you have a sweet tooth then don't reach for candy but get a bit of whole fruit. Not too much but just enough to satisfy the craving.
But remmeber: get thy self to a doctor.

Sounds like you may have an enlarged prostate gland. Enlarged prostates generally cause no pain until the put pressure on other things. Still, I would see a MD, there are treatments for this. Nothing I hate worse is having to get up and piss in the middle of the night, I usually hit the bath tub............

If you wake up that many times to urinate, I would highly suggest you go see your doctor or a urologist.It is likely that if your over 40 that it is your prostate,. It could just be enlarged and there's medicine for that or, it could be cancer which could be life threatening. Please make a appointment asap.

Yes, it is probably enlarged. They have drugs available to treat this
