The flaccid penis size doesn't affect the size during the erection.

Its perfectly normal, unless your penis is doing something you definitely know ti shouldn't be doing, theres rarely any reason to worry about your penis.
As long as it still reaches its regular size when its erect, just relax. The flaccid penis is supposed to be a lot smaller than the erect, sometimes I'm surprised by how small mine gets.

u have what is called "retratiable penis" it goes inside ur body xD
its embarassing if ur in the army and have to take showers in groups yes xD
