I have been smoking for 25 years and want to stop. I smoke 1/2 pack a day. my first is 15 min after i wake. I know the cravings will be difficult but would like ideas on how to focus on other things. What type of over the counter drugs have the best outcome. Is there a stop smoking chat room?

I'm straight, but sometimes I admit that some guys are good looking, that doesn't mean you want to have sex with him, just you are realist but when you admit that the others say you are gay, stop with that bullshit. For religious reasons, it's recommended (not required) that I get circumcised. I'll do it if I have to, but since I'm 17, I'm used to not being circumcised, and not sure if I'm ready for a change. Also, I read that girls tend to like guys who are not circumcised. Should I get circumcised? I'm also a little scared that it will hurt. Like does it hurt after you get circumcised for awhile?

I just had a vasectomy last week-end. It's day 5 and my 1st day back at work. I was up and walking short distances on day 3 and 4. My 1st day back at work i walked around for about 2 hours (being careful), and was dying with the pain. I can't take any kind of pain medication at work, but I absolutely have to be there. No calling in. No excuses. My question is. How long is this major pain going to last? I don't have any major swelling, just acute pain that almost makes me vomit if I don't sit for about 30 min out of every hour and a half
