Other than eating a healthy diet, getting a good amount of exercise and a sufficient amount of sleep, no, I have no "home remedy."

Pharmaceuticals like Viagra, Levitra and Cialis are the only "real" effective solutions to E.D., and they are not difficult to obtain from a doctor. It's not like you have to give him a big sad story. You just tell him that the quality of your sexual relations is important to both you and your mate, and you'd like to have something to help enhance and preserve that quality.

Try Bee Royal Jelly!! It has done wonders for me my wife has to chase me away now. I tried the prescription drugs but didn't like the side effects (or the cost). I preferred to stay all natural. I tried Bee Royal Jelly a few years ago and it has done an awesome job at improving my libido (last longer and stays longer). I found the best quality at http://www.beeroyalproducts.com . I made the mistake of trying some of the cheaper companies but the crap didn't work at all. It's still not bad at 90 bucks for a five month supply. I think last time I ordered they had special for new customers it was like 60 bucks for a three month supply; don't know if they still have the sale or not you might check out and see.

There are certain forms of EDs . If it is due to any organic cause then home remedies won`t help you, if it is associated with systemic disorders then the cause should be treated first,
About 90% of EDs are psychological , try to get out of that, consult any psychiatrist.....
The home remedies for ED are DAMIANA, ASHWAGANDHA,SAFED MOSLI AND AKARKARHA(all herbal).

No. If you have ED, there is nothing you can take over-the-counter to help. Only the approved prescription medications like Viagra, Cialis, etc. work. There are no vitamins, supplements, herbs, exercises, devices.....nothing.
