There will be scrutiny of your privates and fingers where the sun don't shine. As a man are you more comfortable with another fella poking around or a woman. The same question reversed for women.

good question...I've had my d1ck and balls checked twice by men and although I felt really uncomfortable I was relieved when they pulled round the curtain so the nurse couldnt see!....now if I was to have an examination where I was being checked "where the sun dont shine" I wouldn't let a man do it! I would be far more comfortable(if that's possible!) if a woman done it. Maybe I should carry a card round with me that states this, just incase I ever end up unconscious and need this examination!

Im a 26 yr old guy and had "down below" checked a few times my female and male doctors, most recently today by a female, I always feel more comfortable with a female doctor, and I think they are more understanding, also dont be embarraseed by getting your bits out to either because to a doctor its just another part of the body that needs treating

I'm a lad, so I'd prefer another bloke doctor to do anything with my lil lad.
At least there's no embarrassment there ya know? Like, blokes are naked all the time with other blokes in the locker room and stuff, but I'm sure a woman doctor would judge, just a teeny weeny bit about a male patients junk.
Although I can see how it would be different for some lads, but I just don't really have hang ups about my body, so I don't mind it.

Although generally it is uncomfortable being done so by both sex's of doctors, I understand they are trained professionals. Even though I do beleive that male doctors examining females are aroused to some extent, I'm a male so it doesn't bother me that much. I've been examined by both sex's, and I believe it is equally comfortable and uncomfortable receiveing exams from either sex. Though contrary to what I just said, I would rather be examined by a female doctor.

My husband felt more comfortable with a female doctor as he couldnt get his head a round the idea of another man touching his bits

I've had it done by both a male and female doctor and its equally distressing. Being poked and proded by a stranger is never going to be nice. I wasn't comfortable on either occassion.

I don'tcare as long as they are good at their job. I have had both poke and prod me.
It isn't like they get a kick out of it.

A GOOD doctor. Most Gynos are men so us women have to undergo the scrunity and put up with it, also go through birth with a man around, its not so bad, as long as the doctor is good and understaning.

i would prefer a male doctor solely for the reason that if a female doctor were poking and prodding, i'd be fearful that my "buddy" would come to life. that, i would find embarrassing. i'm sure it happens, but i don't want to risk being a victim of unanticipated arousal.
