It can be any size, from barely more than would be present in a circumcised male, to a large fold of skin overhanging the head of the penis even when erect. There is no standard size.

There is no average or limit for that. I've seen small ones and long ones. They all work the same.

Different people, different length. Some people actually have longer than evethough you are aroused, it won't open all the way to the back. some people have a shorter one.

I think it almost covers the tips of the head. and when aroused it falls back around the shaft.
