Currently I take reductil 10mg every morning, but will be moving to 15mg in a week. I heard that taking vitamin B also helps speed up your metabolism, so I want to take that also.

I was thinking since im taking reductil in the morning i can take the vitamin b at lunchtime or so. What is the safe amount of vitamin B to take per day with reductil, and when would be the best time?

I met a doctor a while back she said taking vitamin b before going out on a night drinking helps with not having a hangover and generally feeling bad the next day. 10 pts for any help.

I curaintly take 150 mcg of levothyroxine due to my thyroid gland not producing enough. I'm curious. I work a lot with nail guns, and I've been reading some scary stories of nail gun accidents. One was a man who accidently shot himself in the forehead with his nail gun. He lived to tell about it with no complications!! So how long does a nail have to be to reach your brain if accidentally shot into your forehead?
Does it have to be a long nail.
I'm thinking of wearing a helmet.

Allow me to expound onmy previous question...I don't think about breasts 24/7/365...I meant by "all day" is that whenever I see a woman, my first reaction is to look in the chest area, most using periffial (probably mis-spelled) vision. It does not matter where I am at. Let me make myself perfectly clear, I do not look at children or elderly woman.....mostly women in my own age group or at least look in my age group. I just do not want to come across as a pervert. I have the utmost respect for women and I do not think of them as sex-objects, I just can't seem to look a woman in the eyes until after I check out there breasts. Some women, from my own experience, seem to like to be looked at that way, but sometimes I feel like I am invading their privacy or leering at them at times. Again, please no sick responses, only adult responses...thank you....
