its NOT a permanent fix to adding length or what not. but a temporary fix is taking penis enlargement pills. I have taken Magna RX before and I did see results. But when you stop taking the pills is when your penis goes back to its original size. as long as you are on the pills it will have an effect. its not permanent though

If you are over 18 there is no way that you can increase the size of your penis whose size is governed by genetics.
