I am not sure if I understand your use of the term "burning pain" but I will try to give you an answer.
My guess is that after ejaculation, a man is still a little bit aroused and has not completely gone back to the normal non-aroused sexual state of his penis. When we urinate, that may help the penis to relax better and we feel more normal.
For men especially, urinating is one way to relieve stress of any kind, so urinating after sex or after masterbation might be a physical way for us to get back to that non-sexual, normal way of feeling.

Dude, loosen up. you haven't any longer have been given an STD or an infection. i exploit Astro-choose for the flow and if any of it gets down there and that i do no longer wash it with cleansing soap and water suited afterwards, it stings and burns like a mofo as quickly as I pee suited after, and specially situations all evening. Pouring chilly water on it from a cup, at the same time as you pee the 1st time afterwards helps plenty too.

Maybe u used the wrong lubricant. Are u using some kind of soap, shampoo? Or maybe u are allergic to the lubricant that u are using?
