Men's Health - October 2006

I went to go catch a football and when I went to reach for it a felt this horrible pain in my neck and shoulder. I could not get my head and shoulder to stop metting after that. Also my arm and hand went ice cold and numb. The doctors dont know what is wrong they just keep me on drugs.

whenever i have sex with a real girl, i get so excited that my voice gets all high pitch and my heart starts fluttering like a little butterfly, and then when i get close to the finish line i start wimpering like a little girl. how can i change that?

is there something i can take or some kind of exercise that will give me that manly roar like a lion??

I am 18 years old with no illnesses and I am not on any medication. I have a normal resting heart rate of 72 and normal blood pressure. I have a consitent diet and workout. But my hands sometimes shake not violently or anything its just i"ll be sitting in class or something and I'll look down at my hands and they will be shaking like the fingers are twitching. I also sometimes have muscle spasms in my arms/legs, occaisionally my eye will twitch. What could be some causes for this?

Hey there,
ive been pulling down the skin for a while because its to tight and like ive been doing it for a year and its only gotten down to the knob it will evantually go all the way down, but then when u touch underneath the skin its very sensative and hurts and if you have sex like that its not a very nice feeling, is there anyway to get the knob and below un sensitive?

Hey there,
about 5 months ago i shaved my back in the shower,
i dident use shaving cream and once i got out of the shower there were these lines on my back they looked like stretch marks, and the razor caused this, they havent gone away or gotten any less visible. can anybody help me out?

I dunno what has happened but my toe is really swollen and the ball of my foot is also swollen and really painful to walk on.
If the toe was broken would I still be able to walk?

Im 15 years old, and ive been overweight besically my whole life. But supposly i am loosing weight, and when i look at my school ID from last year, there dose seem to be a diffrence in my face.

but my main problem is my man boobs, their still there, some people dont notice them THAT much, but thats cause im always wearing a leather jacket. Do pushups help, cause ive been doing them alot. But i personally dont see a diffrence, but then again, i only been doing them for like a month or 2, and not that many sets. The only diffrence ive seen is that when i first started, i was only able to do 5 pushups, now i can do like 30 if i really really try.

I know alot of people are asking the same question, but i i just really wanna ask this myself. Thnx in advance for all the help.

im 19y/o teen,taking degree in nursing.yesterday, my lecture picked me as a model for abdominal test.so, i have to take off my shirt and lied on the bed.when they did the abdominal test, everyone are looking on my chest which is muscular n hairy (small but dense).btw, im the only guy taking nursing in the faculty this year..so, i am surrounded by girls everyday...
just wanna ask, do you prefer muscular guy with hairy chest or muscular but hairless ?
and why?

I work out my pex, but I have this huge indentation between my chest. Its hard and bony, and I have a muscular chest, so it looks like I got titties, but it's really muscle. How come it's in such an irregular shape?
