I went to go catch a football and when I went to reach for it a felt this horrible pain in my neck and shoulder. I could not get my head and shoulder to stop metting after that. Also my arm and hand went ice cold and numb. The doctors dont know what is wrong they just keep me on drugs.

i know someone who had EXACTLY what you just described. it a disc thats being picnhed by a bundle of nerves. try to get X-rays done and everything and go to physical therapy i cant stress that enough. it also had something to do with your rotators cuff, but you have to go to physical therapy and it will defintly take a while to heal.

sounds like a nerve, you probably pulled something or dislocated something. word to the wise only take those drugs if absolutely necessary. you will be an addict with a messed up shoulder and neck and they still won't be able to tell you what's wrong. Get a second, third, or fourth opinion. I find it hard to believe the doc's didn't diagnose you but gave you pain meds. Sure sign you might wanna head for the hills.

Sounds like you've trapped a Nerve from your spine!
Go get some therapy to relive the Pressure!
Drugs will only ease the pain!
And will NOT address the constriction on the nerve ending that sound trapped!!

sounds like it may be a pinched nerve or a vertebre out of wack. chiropractors work wonders without drugs

It may be spondilitis. Change your sleeping posture, dont use pillow and do some yoga. Hope you will be fine soon.
