Razor Marks?

Hey there,
about 5 months ago i shaved my back in the shower,
i dident use shaving cream and once i got out of the shower there were these lines on my back they looked like stretch marks, and the razor caused this, they havent gone away or gotten any less visible. can anybody help me out?

I can imagine how frustrated you must be.

Honestly, I don't know what to tell you. The best thing to do is see a dermatologist.

I had a similar issues and asked on Yahoo! Answers, but didn't find a solution. I turned to my dermatologist, and he solved the problem. (For the record, I eventually got an answer on here that was what my dermatologist told me :-) )

Oh, and I forgot!!! My issue was PIH- Post Inflammatory Hyperpygmentation. Maybe you have something similar. It's when you're skin heals itself and marks are left that eventually fade (for example, I had 2 red marks on my skin from pimples that were not scars and had not disapeared for 2 months, turns out it's a very common thing called PIH. For the record, the 2 marks have faded A LOT since then.)

Use coco butter lotion that will make the marks disappear,but you have to use intill it is gone.peace!!!! Oh!!!,and by the way ,can you tell me how to shave my own back,because my girl hate doing mine,because I tell her she does it to hard.
