if you know in advance something's going to be happening, do one yourself about 1-2 hours in advance, that way you'll still be able to get it up, but you won't be done so soon. and like someone else said, it's better to take care of her first, not just because it's a decent thing to do, but her insides will feel much better if she's just gotten off.
