Im 15 years old, and ive been overweight besically my whole life. But supposly i am loosing weight, and when i look at my school ID from last year, there dose seem to be a diffrence in my face.

but my main problem is my man boobs, their still there, some people dont notice them THAT much, but thats cause im always wearing a leather jacket. Do pushups help, cause ive been doing them alot. But i personally dont see a diffrence, but then again, i only been doing them for like a month or 2, and not that many sets. The only diffrence ive seen is that when i first started, i was only able to do 5 pushups, now i can do like 30 if i really really try.

I know alot of people are asking the same question, but i i just really wanna ask this myself. Thnx in advance for all the help.

Pushups will give you a fuller well-shaped muscular chest. but if your overweight your still gonna have titties. You have to lose the weight. I suggest you start doing some Cardio 3-4 times a week, a walk/jog or fast walk will do, just make sure you do it for at least 20 minutes ( & you'll be sure to burn fat ).

Keep it up with the push ups though. & If you want some advice on a full upper-body weight lifting routine, let me know. I lost about 80 lbs at age 15, & 7 years later, I have a body of envy, you just have to make it a point of pride, & then it very easily becomes routine.

Do chest excersizes and do some areobics, or cardio workouts. Eat healthier too. Take the Special K challenge, Replace 2 meals a day with a bowl of special K and you DO LOSE WEIGHT. TRUST ME. It works and it tastes really good. Always use skim milk and stop drinking soda. Its admirable that you are only 15 years old and KNOW you have a problem NOW instead of later. Before I met my husband he was bigger, even tho his whole family was much smaller. So he started working out every day and eating much healthier and Now he is ripped and BONUS... we have an at home gym for me too! So take care of yourself, Start today, Its GREAT that you already have, but take more steps in the right direction. Its extremely beneficial to live a healthy lifestyle, not only will you live longer, and look better, but your neurons will work faster, making you more intelligent and quick witted. If it is fat, it will begin to go away as you continue to lose weight. Some men, rarely, actually grow some breast tissue. If this is the case, you would have to have plastic surgery to have them removed.

Keep up with the push ups and maybe add some cardio.
