Most men have very active imaginations, so I wouldn't bank on their thoughts being totally focussed on you during sex, but most will acknowledge that you are there...

If you are engaging enough then yes all we think about is you, if it gets a little boring we may fantasize about someone else. Those poor quickdraw guys think about unsexy things to help them last longer, some of us don't have that problem. Keep it interesting and you will fill our thoughts.

I can't talk for all men in the world; only for myself.
When I have sex with my wife, I usually think of her... Sometimes I accentuate the mood by intergrating bits and pieces of sexual fantasies with her, but I never think of any one else but her... It appears that in my case, it's next to impossible.
