Sometimes when I jog too hard I get a pain in my side?

Why would this happen? It comes on slow, and then I have to stop running. Its almost like a cramp in my rib. It goes away If I walk for a while, then I can run again. Why does it happen, and how can I prevent it in the future?

My father has just had surgery on his shoulder, it had something to do with his rotator cuff...?

Shower in bathing suit?

We have community showrs at my school its a school u live in with other guys in dorms anyway everyone showers in their swimming trunks and I dont know how this can be healthy or clean how do I clean my parts? Opinions - Is male circumcision good or bad?

Personally I think it's stupid. Men wouldn't be born with a foreskin if it wasn't supposed to be there. It's a natural part of the anatomy. And as long as a man has good hygiene, the smegma won't be a problem. If I had a son, I absolutely would NOT have him circumcised. What about all of you reading this question? What do you think?
