look my dear its not the size that matters its how you use it that really matters. are you happy with the size and remember that thats the size you were given so thats the size you have got.

Depends on what you are talking about. Are you talking about clinically or what the general public consider small? Clinically anything bellow 5" is consider small and anything bellow 3.74 inches is consider a micropenis.
One the other hand, it depends on who's doing the looking. If you are an average girl, you may see a 7" penis and a big one, but if your are a size queen, 7" penis might be small for you, and a 6" way small.

Depends on what you want to use it for. To pee, probably not, to satisfy a woman sexualy yes. There are a number of conditions that can reduce the size or apparent size of a penis. You can see a urologist and they can diagnose any conditions like MICROPENIS. If you are overweight and have a "hidden" penis you may be able to have surgery done to free the member up allowing it to extend further from the surrounding tissues.

a penis is too small only in your mind. if it brings you pleasure (solo or partnered), it's jsut the right size. don't waste your time worrying about the length of your penis----just PUT IT TO WORK.

uh...YEAH!!! the average size would be 5-6 inches, anything lower than that is TOO SMALL!!! i love myself an 8 inch penis!

perhaps the ladies and the gays in the house should answer your question. all i can say is that all my girlfriends and fling partners are happy with my 12" and can't have enough of it. cheers!
