Please describe and let me know how many times a week and what is the duration of the workout for the legs

you can have some of mine.. if you are a woman then have a baby. that'll do the trick real quick.

bent legged dead lifts 3 sets of 8 twice per week , you want to build up to about 500lb
you will need to wrap your hand on the bar , excellent technique is required

squats are good...feet are shoulder width apart...bend your knees (your butt goes out ) and lower yourself down ...not more than your knees can handle..never more than 90 degrees at the knees...go up and down..start w/6 squats..go slow...build up to 3 sets of 6...take your time building up...great for your quads...

yes squats are good for building thighs...
but i would suggest you not to build your thighs as it will cause you to slow down your activities...
try to do the squats without weights on the shoulders...
