Can I get an STD from wearing my friend's boxers after he wore them?

No, you are very unlikely to get any kind of bacterial or viral infection this way. However, you are very likely to get public lice (crabs) if he has them. It's not a good idea to wear other people's underwear without washing them first!

You can get crabs and herpes from sharing used underwear. It is unlikely you can contract anything else though, and most definately not AIDs or a fluid to fluid disease (except under rare circumstances which I'm sure you can figure out). I imagine you know better than we do what diseases your friend might carry--if you're both young and relatively inexperienced or virgins, it is nothing to worry about. We've all been in the uncomfortable position of having to wear someone else's clothes before, at least I have.

No it is unlikely to get a STD such as AIDS from wearing a friend's boxers. It is possible to catch lice that way though. I don't recommend you exchange boxers with anyone.

Highly unlikely . just make sure he hasnt any open sores, warts etc around his genitals
