Im 15 and want my bones to be as thick and big as possible for when I start to workout. Now I know bone size is mostly genetic but I was wondering if anyone has any tips to make them as large as possible. I already eat alot (around 3500 cals/day) and I consume up to a litre of milk a day. My wrist size is currently 6.75 in and my goal is to have 7.75in wrists someday. Wrist size is the best way to determine overall frame and overall bone size, so thats why I would want large wrists.The bigger my frame the more muscle I could add to it. If anyone has any tips, including any suppplements I could take would be pretty helpful.

All advice is welcomed.

What does it mean when you have pins and needle in your hand for a long time. my boyfriend has pins and needles in his hand and has done for a week? hes 37 and otherwise very healthy. accept from smoking??

I have dated my boyfriend for 3 years and we constantly struggle with his 'problem'. I love him dearly, and fear that our troublesome sex life is going to ruin our relationship. I get NO pleasure out of intimacy, it is near impossible to becuase of the irregularity as well as the fact that he has a 100% track record for coming within 30 seconds. I know it tears at his self esteem, so I try to not make such a big deal out of it, but imagine not having an orgasm in 3 years...it is increasingly difficult. I now find myself completely turned off by him because intimately he doesn't do it for me at all.

My question is does anyone have any advice? He has seen a doctor but didn't pursue any options-the doctor told him nothing
(I could kill the doctor-he totally scared him from ever going back!). Viagra wouldn't be a solution because he has no problem getting it up/staying up--the problem is controlling his orgasm. Prescriptions, positions, diet tricks ANYTHING PLEASE HELP!

I'm a 15 year old male, 5"4, and weigh 105 pounds, and was born premature. I know I'm on the lean side and everything, but my stomach isnt flat, ITS NOT FAT AT ALL, I just have some fat there, my waist is 27 inches. I've heard that I have it because I am still in the growing process and in order to grow I need that fat, and that it will go away after growing has stopped. Anyone know why this is? thanks

As you can probably tell I am a fat guy, and I chose to be this way. I'm a gainer.
Anyway, how do I go from my flabby 63" belly to a perfect round, hard 63" ball belly? It's always been the type that I have wanted ever since I started gaining but it just gets flabbier and flabbier.

Has anyone been through this and what should I expect? He is in so much pain, will it be alleviated? Will he continue to need meds? Will his zest for life come back? Please, I am scared that he will not get better and I would love to hear some stories from all that have already been through it. We don't have sex, he sleeps all day, he doesn't reprimand the kids when they need it.....I understand that he is suffering and on all kinds of crazy meds but I want my husband back....does this surgery help as much as the surgeons say it will?
