Hold on..don't panic. First ask them what they are. If they are steroids ask him why he feels he needs them and why he feels he has to hide it from you.
Most newbies turn to steriods when they plateau in their muscle mass gains after a year or two of hard lifting. The REAL reason they haven't gained is cause of the routine or diet.
Too "routine" of a workout routine and a not so clean diet / not enough calories (carbs / protein) are THE MOST common causes of a plateau.
Steriods can harm you...if taken in too large of quantities and post cycle treatment (liver detox / anti estrogen) isn't taken.
In small quantites and used by a VERY educated person, they can be quite effective in the SHORT term.
If they are steriods you'll notice in the ol' bank account..for the low end user, it still will cost them about $1000 per cycle (6-8 weeks) for the roids and the Post Cycle Treatment meds
PS - hope he is REALLY educated on injection / injection site. This is the most common problem newbies have is getting a inj. site cyst. / infection.
Side effect - baldness, body acne, "roid rage" is rare if proper PCT is taken.
However, results are fast and impressive which makes it HORRIBLY addicting.
Improper needle care, site cleaning is the reason.

If steroids are as dangerous as people claim then why is Arnold and Sly still walking around in great shape. The myths associated with steroid use is propagated by the media and other organisations to deter people from cheating in sporting events. In Britain steroids aren't even illegal!
But do speak to him about the subject and find out if he knows how to use them properly.

That is NOT ok. You need to talk to him about that and get it taken care of FAST. He is not only damaging his body to shorten his life for himself, but also for his kids and you. Steroids are illegal and dangerous. There is no reason your husband needs to use steroids. Why would he possibly need a level of athletic ability he couldn't get naturally at the gym? That is goddamned irresponsible, stupid, and selfish. He's spending your kids' college fund on this crap!
I would walk up to him with the stuff and ask, "What the hell is this?" Personally, I would also ask, "What the hell do you think you're doing bringing this **** into our family?" but I realize that might not be the best approach for everyone.

Wow...sure you should say something. It's not healthy for him to be using them. Be prepared though, because he's going to feel like you've been checking up on him.
Best of luck to you sweetie, Marilyn

you should definitly ask him where he got them, then go there and get some for yourself, and both of you can roid rage, pop pimples together, and lift massive amounts of steel together.
