Some vitamins are fat soluble and some water soluble. The water soluble ones are excreted in your urine, such as Vit C. Fat soluble vitamins are harder for the body to get rid of, and get stored in fat. It's possible to have too much of a fat soluble vitamin, such as Vit A.

Most vitamins will be harmlessly urinated out if your body doesn't need them. The exceptions are vitamins ADE&K which are fat soluble.

The more exceeded vitamins you take=the less vitamins you take + they harm your health....ask a doctor ( this is what i have been told by a professional)
