I don't have a fungal problem or anything like that but my nails burn and ache. They look reddish purple at the bottom of some of them. I just know they hurt any ideas???

What could a sharp pain in the ear/neck area mean? I have no sinuses, allergies, or ear infections....haven't been in any accidents, but every now and then there will be a sudden sharp stabbing-like pain in ear and it shoots down neck. It lasts a few seconds. -Thank you in advance

I have been diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome and am in a great deal of pain. I can't take any more of it. The neurologist saw me today and wants to do an injection of lanacane Thursday but will this work? I can't find anything about it online. I need some advice.

I've been having alot of knee problems for about a year or so Im also flat footed I'm a very active Marine. Need Suggestion on what kind of medication to take to fix problem. Pain is usually in the front portion of knee and feels like a pulling sensation and sometimes it feels really tight. thx for your time

My husband has really bad lower back pain and all the doctor does is give him pain killers. There has to be something eles besides going under the knife he is to young for that only 30years old.

Ok well i normally never have bad cramps.. its like my periods not there but today i had to come home from school vcuzz it hurts so bad.. and it took me like 1/2 hour to sleep. anyone know any great ways to get rid of cramps.. Like exercises. Medicine... please help me

I been on alot of stress lately with everything, college, home, family, trying to find work, getting my licecne, and alot more, and I get headachs, every time I get over stress, I get pain in my stomeck, and everytime I try to get or eat , I feel I want to trow up, and all I feel is pain, please help, I'm really worryed, and I get pains in my neck. so i usually get a migraine when im super stressed. i was at work last nite, and i just had a sharp pain in my head...it went off and on. i got home and i was sooo dizzy. when i look down or bend over then come up. even reading what im typing right now makes me dizzy. sleeping isnt taking it away at all. could there be something seriously wrong with me?

I'm 29 and I don't have bad joints or anything, but recently I started taking tablets because my mom suffers from Arthritis and she takes them too and I want to prevent it. Would it still benefit me to continue taking it despite having healthy joints?

my stepmom has a toothache and she thinks she has a jaw infection.However it hurts her REALLY bad.we cant go to the doctor because our car is in the shop so i would please appreciate it if you can tell me certain remedies besides medicine that will help the pain.thanks!!! <33

Ever since I started going to the gym 4 months ago my right knee and elbow keep cracking and hurting. I drink lots of milk so I don't think it is calcium related... Since I was little, my wrists cracked just by turning them, my elbow by extending my arm and my knee when I would stand up after having sat down for a while, but never would they hurt.
After being ripped off by a doctor recently for a wrist examination I thought I would check here first before visiting one again.
Any thoughts?

P.S. My elbow only hurts when doing exercises for my triceps

Im 21 and am having chest pains on my left side. Ive had these before and went to hospital. They did loads of tests and said its because im stressed. Does anyone else suffer from this? even though im not particularly stressed it happens and its painful. Does anyone have any suggestions or does anyone else have similar problems?

I've got 3 bulging discs in my back, and my doctor prescribed Propoxyphene-n 100 w/acetaminophen (generic Darvocet) to get me through till my orthopedic appt at the end of March. I know this is the highest dose, but after about 2 hours, the pain came back. It isn't as bad as it is without the meds, but it's there. I don't know if I should just ignore it or try to get something stronger. I can work okay taking the Darvocet, so I worry if I took something else, I'd be unable to function normally.

I guess I'm just wondering if there's something a bit stronger that won't make me unable to work.

I get pounding headaches when i walk up the stairs or when i wake up. I get like 3 per day. They come out of nowhere, any one know why they happen?
