I been on alot of stress lately with everything, college, home, family, trying to find work, getting my licecne, and alot more, and I get headachs, every time I get over stress, I get pain in my stomeck, and everytime I try to get or eat , I feel I want to trow up, and all I feel is pain, please help, I'm really worryed, and I get pains in my neck. What should I do , and what's wrong with me.

See a chiropractor and massage therapist.
Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.
Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.
The cure - start with a professional massage, you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).

Aww, that sucks! I know exactly how you feel, the same thing happens to me! I think when there are too many things on our mind all at once, they start to overwhelm us! The best thing to do is take on one task at a time, and ignore everything else while you're working on the first task/problem/whatever. If you learn to prioritize the things in your life, and face each challenge sequentially, you'll be able to handle the stress a lot better. For the eating, make sure you do it with people, because when that happens, due to the stress, distraction is the easiest way to get that food down your throat :) Also if you spend more time around friends, or people you like, the less you'll remember your pains and your worries! I get a lot of neck and back pain too. The thing is when you're stressed out, your muscles also become stressed, causing pain all over your body! I'd say watch you posture, and relax! If things just seem unmanageable, go out for a walk or jog, or go to the gym or do yoga, that's always a great stress reliever. There's nothing wrong with you by the way!! We all have different ways of experiencing stress, and it affects some more than others! We just need to find what the right way is for us in order to tackle that stress! Good luck! :)

Sounds like a lot of what's going on IS stress-related. The psyche affects you physically. IF this is always brought on by stress, then I would doubt very much that there is any underlying physical cause to your symptoms.
To get relief: use any resource you have to talk about how your feeling; someone that can help you chip away at the snow ball that seems to be weighing you down. If you haven't anyone that you can talk this frank to, then seek a third-party; an objective body. Start with your family doc. Sometimes, a person just needs to vent and take care of one problem they are facing to feel 10x better.
If you don't feel like you need to talk this out?? Then, I would still advise it if only just to find alternative ways to cope, that will allow you to deal with things without the effect on your physical well-being. Overtime, psychological stress can manifest themselves as real physical dysfunctions. They move from being symptoms of stress to physical ailments.
So as you don't have to deal with all that you're going through psychologically on top of a physical prob, get some help now. Let someone help alleviate your pressures, be an outlet for your inner feelings, and help lift the burden.
Talk to your doc about treating the symptoms as physical problems, for now. Just until you can get some psychological relief from all the stress you are experiencing. Once you start tackling your stressful circumstances, the physical symptoms should dissipate. For now, however, you may need a proton pump inhibitor or anti-nausea medication for your stomach difficulties, an anti-inflammatory for your headache and neck pain.

Obviously the stress is taking a toll on your body and manifesting itself by headaches and an upset stomach. The best stress reliever is deep breathing exercises. I’ve enclosed a link where you can watch a video and learn how to do correct breathing. You should feel relief the first time you do the exercise. Repeat this exercise three times a day.
Avoid junk food. Try to eat simple foods such as yogurt, oatmeal, bananas, and soups. These will help your body get used to eating once again without negative reactions. Avoid caffeine in coffee and colas as they will add to your problem. If you smoke, try to stop as this causes poor circulation in the body.

No, this is NOT the 'wrong' place, but it might not be the BEST place to get advice for something like that.
It sounds to me like you're suffering from the same kinds of migraines that I used to suffer.
My advice to you is twofold:
First, go see your MD aobut it. MDs have a wide range of painkillers they can prescribe, some of which work better for some people than others.
Second, is to begin and to maintain a journal of how you feel, where you go, what you eat, and with whom you meet, on a daily basis, and hopefully, your journal will help you and your MD identify the person or place or thing that triggers your headaches, and if you can either avoid them, or if something about them can be changed for your benefit, you might be able to avoid having to take any medication for them.
For me.. it was my ex-wife. I don't know if it was some cosmetic she wore, or if it was some spice that she used when preparing meals, or my subconscious trying to get me to realize that she was bad for me, or what, but, ever since we separated, I haven't had another migraine.
While I was having migraines, though, taking a prescription-sized dosage of naproxen was the thing that helped the most to ease the pain.

ok first of all what do you take for your headaches because a lot of pain medication can cause ulcers in your stomach. Next time you get a headache and take a pain med you should take a Prilosec also. That should eliminate the stomach pain. You have pain in your neck from stress. Stretching type exercises should help with that or heat and moisture.

Your problem is stress! Stress does terrible things to your body and the only way to help this problem is to get rid of the stress...the problem that is causing the stress anyway. Your headaches are caused from tight muscles in your neck & shoulders and your stomach problem is caused from worry etc which then causes increased stomach production which then causes upset stomach. You need to have a little break and work out a way to reduce your stress.

I know how you feel everyday after a game I always get a headache.So if i were you id carry Tylenol with you everywhere you go and If your college is like my school and you cant have Pills with you, talk to the dean or college adminstrator abou them saying you can have them with you, It should work. It helps me and i think mine is caused from the stress of wanting to do my best on the court.So if i were you id do that and one of these weekends id give myself some me time,,, like go to a gym,or the beach Depending which state you live in.. But hope this helps!:)

Try to get sum sleep, like u stated you're stressed. stress causes a lot of problems so do something that you enjoy donig also. But just in case you might want to try to see a doctor.
