Listen to this: I had sex with this one girl and we did not use a condom and after a week or so she calls me and tells me that she has ghonoria. She claims to be a virgin and tells me that it is all my fault. The last time before her I had sex more then 6 months ago (I used a condom that time) and I never had any symptoms of ghonoria. I am going to go see a doctor next week but I am a little worried because if I have ghonoria why there are no symptoms??? Can you get ghonoria non-sex way?

I am a female who has been happily married or so I thought for 1.5 years. I just recently been getting syptoms of a STD. I am itching and my vulva is swollen and hard. It also stings to the touch. I have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow at 10am but I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this. I have never had an STD before. I have had yeast infections, but nothing like this. I have not been with any other man so I know if I have contracted something it is from my husband. Please Help. I am afraid.

I have had herpes for 3 years. I am turning 7 months pregnant on monday and wondering if I should start suppressive therapy now or wait until at least 30 weeks..

My midwife gave me the okay to start therapy at 24 weeks but I felt it was too early.

I am having lots of outbreaks lately and just trying to do whats safest for my child.

If you have an STD like chlamydia - will it show in a urine test or do you need a different test?

They have a vaccine for it now, but this is for people who have already had it.
Does folic acid really give you what your body needs to fight off HPV? I have been reading this book recently and it talks about how folic acids helps your immune system fight off the HPV virus by producing new cells...is this true? Has anybody ever had or have HPV? Did it go away? Did it turn into cervical cancer? I'm really interested in some information about this virus from people who have actually suffered from it. Most people that talk about it never had it.

I haven't dated in 4 years and am completely clean....I think. I was tested 6 months after my last sexual encounter, (so the test was 3 1/2 years ago). Is 6 months the LEAST amount of time it takes for an HIV test to come back positive after having sex? If this is true does it mean that people should only sleep with people who've not had sex in 6 months and only been tested at 6 months from their last sexual encounter? Thank you.

alright so ive looked and looked and i havnt been able to find an answer. so, here it is - what are ALL of the ways u can get STDs??? also, can it form in an uninfected person? or do you have to have sex with an infected person to get it? the thing is, my girlfriend is still a virgin. so am i. so does that mean obviously we dont have STDs? and if we have sex (remember neither of us have STDs) can we still get them from exchanging fluids?
i have fingered her before, and i had heard that u can get STDs from fingering. so my biggest question, is can we get STDs by having sex, without either of us being infected. thanks to anyone who responds
