you cant see them but i can feel them right next to my private part but on my thigh area

that could be what's referred to as "milk bumps" or it could be a form of acne...either way I doubt it is serious...I always say if you are concerned be sure to mention it to your doctor the next time you are in. I doubt it's anything for cause of alarm though...if it is milk bumps to my knowledge there's nothing that can be done for it...it's just a type of skin alot of women have especially if you happen to be fair haired...if it's acne normally the dr will send you to a dermatologist and he can prescribe something for it. It might also be a form of ingrown hair.

I had little clustered bumps around my upper thighs and I figured they were nothing real serious but they ended up being genital warts (HPV). I would highly suggest you go to your gyno and ask. I waited because I was embarrassed and it made my treatment more painful. Hopefully its nothing, but you should definitely make sure. Good luck and here are a few sites to check your symptoms.

well do you shave there? Cause it could be an after shave rash and if you don't shave there then my guess is you have some std. Have your gynaecologist feel around. If you don't have a gynaecologist GET ONE!!
