HIV and AIDS is treated the same across the United States. Information is difficult to acquire as it is typically is discussed in very confusing medical terms. There are 2 good places to start. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia has a website and they are the 'authority' on matters of infectious disease. Wikipedia.com is also an excellent source of information which is easier to understand.
