I recently found out that my elderly neighbor has stage four stomach cancer. For the last month she has been going through intensive chemotherapy treatments and I saw her on Monday and she has already lost all her hair. She has no energy and is always nauseated and even has a difficult time taking in liquids. Before the cancer, she was such an active person, always working in her yard, cooking, and traveling with her husband. She has always been extra sweet towards my kids, giving them gifts at Christmas, bdays, etc…….What can I do to brighten up her day? Any ideas?

My sons is 3yrs old and has been having problems with constipation for bout 6 months..The first time I took him to the doc he walked in gave him a presc. for laxatives and walked out..well that didnt work..so today i took him to a new doctor an peditrician and she did a X-ray of him..the upper part of his body is FULL of stuff..she wrote him a prescription for laxatives and told me to do enemas on him..i have done that b4 and it didnt help him out none..he eats very healthy..loves fruit and vegetable and does not drink no soda..so i dont know whats goin on...so someone please help me out...

When it comes to medical stuff, I don't know so much. but I'm terrified to death off cancer. And I have this mole on the palm of my hand (strange place for a mole, isn't it?) that I've had ever since I can remember. And I recently noticed that it's losing its perfectly round shape. A little chunk of it is gone in the corner. I also realized tat whenever I pet the dog of whom the family I babysit on the head, he tries to nip the palm of my hand. I never thought anything about it, I thought it's just a game he likes to play, but is it possible that an untrained dog can sniff out cancer? Am I just being paranoid? Can you have sakin cancer in a spot that is not normally exposed to te sun? Can some one who is medically educated please set me straight?

My father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in oct 04'. He went through a procedure where they take some of his insides our and re-tie. i heard it was called the whipple procedure or something like that. They were only able to take half of the cancerous tumor out and the other half they were hoping treatments would take care of it.

he is still alive and the recent news is that the treatments for the remaining cancer caused it to shrink 50%. so thats good new. the downfall is that they found a small bit in his colon, it is early that it can possibly be taken out. since it has been 2 1/2yrs fighting this, is it possible to be able to beat this?

my father is very possitive, the doctors are astounded that he has survived this long. Even the doctor who did his surgery called my fathers current doctor to see when he had passed and was shocked that he was still alive.

Can we beat this? thanks.

She is 44, vegetarian, never smoked or took alcohol, Indian (south asian) by ethnicity. Is it not unusual for her to get cancer of larynx?

The doctors told her that people who undergo dental treatment (like cavity filling and root canal etc.) are getting this cancer and specially who develop infection during the dental treatement.

Is this true?? I have not found any info regarding the connection of larynx cancer and dental treatment.

my neighbor has stomach cancer, it has spread to the lining of the stomach and she has lost about 50% of her bowels or guts...its horrible now i think in a few months she may reach a terminal level...please can anyone help me out i wanna help her, i have already researcher blood electrification and will try that but anything else will be appreciated.

And please no bullshit on why blood electrification will not work, just help me or not...

I had follicular thyroid cancer they removed my whole thyroid thyroidectomy and they removed some lymph nodes in my neck in 1995 now I have to take synthetic horromes for the rest of my life now when i get hungery or little hungery i get dizzy and heart palputations i eat so much to stop the dizzness and heart palputatuions twice in 1996 i was back in the hospital for dizzness and heart palputations the horrmones i take regulate my heart and metabulism that my thyroid use too the follicular thyroid cancer was in my follicules and lymph nodes with no metabulism now i eat and eat if the heart palputations and dizzness feels like a heart attack i goto the hospital tell me why the heart palputations and dizzness

For about 2 weeks I have itching of my left breast in the areola. I feel an urge to scratch and then is OK, however it repaeats during the day, I do not see anything strange apart from a bit of red skin caused by scratching, I am worried, could it be a sign of cancer? or just skin irritation? all of the cbc count was good except for the eosin % which was 9.2 and it should be no higher than a 7.0
does anyone have answers of what that means? I'm finding too many scarry answers on this, and need to know from a knowledgable person. thank you
