does anyone else have a fear about dying

everyone does, just gotta have faith in the after life, and if there is nothing thats gonna suck big time

No, because when I listened and saw both my mom and her mom right before their passing (about a week before for each of them) they both told me they saw their own parents in the other room and had been talking with them! This has me convenienced there's an afterlife. So live this one to the best of your ability and enjoy every minute, because when you're gone from this one into the next one, you'll just go and be with the ones you love. :) Stop the fear and enjoy life as we know it now. Death will come and if you live a good life and stay on the right paths while here on earth, then you'll go onto another good life ahead of you.

most people have a fear of dying, that big step into the unknown gives them reason to be afraid. Still, it is the ultimate goal of every human being on the planet. None of us has managed to avoid it forever, nor will we, death is built in to us. I think that is why it is important to live fully every moment we have and not waste them contemplating the unavoidable.

Everybody on the planet does - that's why we have religion.
The thing is, we die and are reborn at may stages of our lives.
You don't look anything like the baby you once were, nor the toddler, nor the pre-teen. When you get older, you won't resemble the person you are today.
Death is the same - its just a transformation.
The difference is that, with the changes in your life, you get to see both sides and with death, we see only the 1 side.

Every one is afraid of death people who deny this actually deny the fact that they live. Because who so ever lives has to die one day.

I used to, until I saw my father (Z``L) in his coffin.
Now I'm no longer afraid.
