they took out his entire stomach, part of esophogus and part of large intestine. He came home, and got relatively better although he is very thin. Then, he started to drink very heavily. How does alcohol go through his body without his stomach? He gets very drunk, that means alcohol is getting into his blood stream. Also, his cancer indicator is very high again, but they can't find any tumor, how long does he have? The doctor does not tell us exactly how long his has.

my aunt had stage 3 breast cancer & undergone chemotherapy a year ago, after that she refused to have any further treatment including surgery & radiation. recently the whole breast is opened up with pus, whole breast upto the armpit is too hard. she refused to take any medication, actually she has psychiatric problem. she only let me change the dressing at home once a day. any idea what will happen next in such case?

I believe the entire AMA and the Giant Pharmaceutical companies are nothing short of legalized crime. They are the ones who will not allow a cure to be found because "There is no money in a cure". My sister has been fighting cancer for six years. (She is 37 years old) She has been through surgery, radiation, and many, many different kinds of chemotherapy. This week she is told that nothing more will work. The disease is spiraling out of control. At $15,000 a treatment,(once a week, every week) you'd think something should be working. But, no, the Dr. and the pharmaceutical co. would have lost $60,000 monthly for the past 6 years if they would permit a real cure. How long are we going to sit back and tolerate this? It's time for us to unite against this type of organized crime. Milking us of all ouir resources, and in the end we die anyway, not only from the disease, but from the poison pumped into us from drugs that only prolong the inevitable. Your thoughts?

Hi there. I've had very painful lymph nodes either side of my groin now for over a week. They're getting slightly larger as the days go by. I wen to the doctor a couple of days ago and he didn't exactly fill me with confidence. Wouldn't really tell me much about it, other than it could be nothing, but get some blood tests done in the meantime.They are very hard, not soft, immovable anf very painful to the touch. If i was female and had ovaries I'd say I'd been kicked in them. Well, blood tests tomorrow, so we'll see. Anyone have anything similar - hard, painful etc? Could use the advice as I'm a little in the dark at the moment. Thanks very much indeed. Ad.
