He's cheating at this point at least emotionally, and probably physically.
You need to have a pretty frank discussion about this.

You need to do some investigating on your own as well as have a very serious talk with him. You also need to consider the fact that the number and the message didn't appear on it's own, someone had to put it there....did he loan out his phone and is someone else using his computer? If you find out that he is lying, remeber that if someone has fedility issues, they always will. They may subside for a while but they always resurface. If you find that you can't trust him now, is it worth it to constantly sit and worry about where he is, what he is doing and with whom in future days?

Dont ignore what he's doing..do some actions! Once he started doing at first by hiding such then expect another tries. Simply he has an affair with another girl. Encourage him to reveal such matter.. its up to u to trust him again.

You should take this as confirmation that not only is he cheating on you, but he's also lying to you about it. Personally I'd break up with him.
