M pee is the color of a lemon lime powerade or daker what does this mean?

It means you're dehydrated, and your urine is being excreted in a higher concentration to conserve water. You may not notice that you feel any different, but you'll notice more energy and more restfull sleep if you drink about 8 cups of water each day, and your urine will clear up considerably.

your pee should be white really not be able to see it. but because some of us hardly drink water our urine gets really yellow telling us that we need water.

You are either not drinking enough or overdosing on vitamins containing vitamin C.
