I just smoked a hookah a week ago and I took five whiffs of it. I was in the same room with four other people smoking for a hour.
Will there be any effects of this on my health now?

A few months ago, I noticed a rash forming on my chest, between my breasts. First, I thought it was just a normal rash and it'd go away with time. Now, it's June and it's still here. If it's irritated, it will itch. When it first showed up, if anything rubbed against it, it would itch. First it was red/pink, now it has turned grayish/brown. It takes up quite a bit of space, too. I don't have $$ to go to a dr., so I'm wondering if anyone can offer me advice one what it may be and what may help make it go away. Only mature, serious answers please.

I tried to get the best pictures of it I could, and pointed out a couple discolored spots, just so you know what to look at. Again, only mature, serious answers please :)

I lost one adrenal from an illness. I just got off the steroid replacement and been told that I cannot take it longer if I want to recover the other adrenal. Doctors consider my levels normal. Problem is that my cortisol levels from the other adrenal are never higher than 15 in the morning and I have no idea if I am producing enough of the other hormones. Most doctors said that the other hormones are not as important as the cortisol so they never want to measure aldostrone, for example. It's been six months since my surgery and I feel weak, tired and fatigued with a bit of a problem with a racing heart. Is it possible that with some exercise you can start rebuilding more of the other adrenal? Is it possible that my other adrenal has reached the limit of what it can produce? How long can one adrenal sustain a person? How can I feel better without having to go back on steroid replacement?

I have pretty bad allergies to random things. they usually only happen in the spring, and I'm on zyrtec and two kinds of spray. I'm told by my doctor that I can stop taking them after June starts because my allergies are gone then. I'm terrible at remembering to take pills so I do stop then. however, randomly my parents decide that 80°F is comfortable and we should probably turn the ac off and open the windows. when they do this I get horrible allergies again. now mind you, I can go outside all day and be fine allergy wise as long as I'm not in the woods, but having the windows open makes me sick. I don't really understand it.

anyway, my grad party is today and I need any quick fixing to make me feel better within the next 7hrs (yes, i took my zyrtec right when they opened the windows and did everything else too, but that usually takes at least a day or two to work for me):
