I have bought float frames, which will encase the bills in two pieces of glass, which means I can view them from both the front side or flip them to view the back sides. My concern is that glass has chemicals that could possibly damage the notes. Perhaps discolor the note over time, or something along those lines. Anyone think my fear is valid or that nothing at all will happen to the bills? Any other damage I may not be considering? Thanks!

Just want to know if anyone heard anything about their Wal-Mart. I've heard it's only going to be some stores, and also that it's going to be all stores over the next 3 years. Anyways, here's a petition if you want to leave your comments. Thanks!

I now have 28 Royal Doulton. Some were quite expensive as I bought a few years ago at retail prices, but then a few second hand from jewellry shops when browsing. Now I buy on Ebay as the fancy takes me. 3 or 4 Royal Worcester have found their way on my shelves too! I get a lot of pleasure from them - realising you have to 'like' what you buy etc - but as I plan to move house soon am now wondering about some general all round insurance. I realise the movers will have insurance of their own, but moving is not really the reason for the question. Just wanted to know what people generally felt about insuring their collections......hope that makes sense. Thanks for helping out.

I have to glue styrofoam bricks to plastic drop sheets (normally used for painting.) What do you recommend?

I hear hot glue melts styrofoam, and I've tried super glue (it melts the styrofoam.) Anything with solvents will melt the styrofoam, and accetone won't work, I've tried it.

Does anyone know how to preserve flowers with acrylic? I've seen online that some companies make them where the fresh flowers are dipped in an acrylic glaze and then accented in gold, is there a way I can preserve them at home using the acrylic method (obviously without the gold accents of course) ?

Thanks for any help you can give.

After puling the rough cast out of the mold, what is used to polish the metal to a shine? I am talking in specifics to a small necklace heart. I would imagine that a full size buffing wheel would be too big.

I was hoping to purchase some, but I'm clueless about the name... I've only heard of d-rings but I don't think they work in the same way as these. Hopefully someone can help me out!

...to make a crack lighter from? I like the fact that the flame gets so huge. Which is the best? I have a Bic, but its not adjustable, so no. I also have a DJeep, but there is no little white ring that you move to mod the lighter. (unless there is someone who made a crack lighter with a DJeep, tell me how). Otherwise, what is the best lighter to make a crack lighter with?
