I'm looking for 2' pieces prefereably with the copper or solder points only on one side. I don't need to etch or do anything fancy, just making led arrays. I can't find anything anywhere. I don't even know what the proper name for perfboard is.

I've decided to scan in family photos from 1900-1970. Many of the photos are curled up to the point they need to be flattened out before scanning. Is there a good way to do this?

I don't want to take the photos to a conservator or anything. Yes, they are important to my family, but there are hundreds upon hundreds of photos so it would be costly. Also, putting them between pages of books or under a heavy object wont really work either as some of the photos are almost curled shut.

I want to help him, he seriously does have around 50,000 probably a whole lot more-we are not sure. mostly from 1980's but he has a lot from 60's 70's too. I really need a plan of attack for him he has no idea how to go about selling them. Neither one of us have very much spare time as we run a small business and have families with children. I realize we'll probably hav to catogorize them and make lists...ack that would take forever

I have a 40's to 50's lionel train, and I finnaly got the conttroller working, the "direction/whistle" switch for it though doant work, I tried using jumper wires to run it in reverse but it just went forward. if they are supposed to go in reverse, how should the wiring work, and if some one has a 90 watt "Multi-function controller" and can show the piece of copper inside, that would be great!!!!!

Thanks!!

I am a beginner knitter, and my biceps, forearms and chest muscles are so sore! They are so achy that it hurts to even type this question. I only knitted for 1 hour or so. Am I doing something wrong or do I just have to get used to the motions?

Also anyone who collects these types of vinyl toys is there a place where I can find out what they are worth? I also like Frank Kozi, Michael Lau and Kidrobot to name a few. Thanks for any comments and or questions. Happy Hollidays.

I would like to make bookmarks to sell but I'm not sure where to sell them and how. I'm planning on making beaded ones and paper ones. Any ideas on how to do this? Any tips on making them? Anyone interested in buying them?

No stupid answers please.

What I really need is the idiots guide or the A B C of quilting. I am doing an Art project and fell into the idea of quilting by accident. I was wondering how the top piece, the wadding and the back are sewn together so they are neat and don't pull like my first attempt has i.e. the order for doing things. I sewed mine altogether before machining the quilt pattern on and it was a mess.
