McCalls and Simplicity both had patterns for that. If you have a Joannes Fabric store near by wait until they have their 99 cent pattern sale, which is about once a month. Get on their website and sign up for the sales flyers so you know when the sale is coming. Or maybe you can get on Google and type in pattern/photo album fabric covered, then do a search. Good luck.
