I have about 1/2-3/4 of a 46 oz. skein of white acrylic yarn left over. I made a bath mat and two shower loofas and still have a lot of yarn left over. What should I make out of the rest? Any clothes or more things for the home? Need some nifty ideas. Thanks

I inherited a small old coin collection, and have no idea where to start to valuate them. Do I need to do a complete inventory with descriptions then take them to a coin dealer? Does he even need to see them, or are appraisels based on the age and denomination with the description of letters next to the year, etc.

Any help from experienced coin collectors is welcome, thank you!

Hey all,

I have to give a presentation tomorrow in front of my class, and it has to be 5 minutes long. I have to demonstrate something, and i was thinking i would do a craft. the thing is, a lot of the things i know how to make can be made very quickly, or take too long. does anyone have any suggestions on simple crafts that i can demonstrate to the class that will fit within my 5 min time limit/

I am trying to find a hobby/pastime to occupy my elderly grandfather during the winter. Folks at a craft store where I inquired suggested whittling (too dangerous); making model cars/planes (too small of parts); and putting together puzzles. I know puzzles seems a likely choice, but for some reason, he hates puzzles. Any other suggestions?? Thanks!

I'm planning on doing a calendar for gifts for next christmas and i would like to have a picture of my son dressed up for each holiday... here's a list of the holidays i plan to cover (if you can come up with others that would be great too! however, they need to be american and catholic as the majority of the people receiving these calenders will be both - all are catholic). what i'm asking for are ideas on how to dress my son up for each holiday. any help would be greatly appreciated! (backround ideas would be great too - i normally use fabrics)
