I was watching a poker game (Texas holdem), at a friends house and both players were friends. There was two players remaining and one player went all in, and the other player called his bet. The pot was about 200 bucks. Both players had a flush of HEARTS. One player (the winner) had 8, 4 of hearts; while the other player had 6, 2 of hearts. The highest card of hearts on the table was a 9. Wasn't it a draw? Did both players have to split the pot? Didn't both of them have to play off the 9 and not which one had the highest card on hand? Would appreciate it, if someone could clear this matter for me. Cuzz the person who won, is telling me Im wrong, but doing so because he doesn't want the other player to find out that the pot had to be split.

A couple years ago, i sold my car on ebay, the guy sent me a check for $4000 when the car was only $200, i was suppost to send him back the money, so i deposited the chek and it cleared, by the time it cleared i had read about these kind of scams, so i didnt send him the money, but i had already used my $2000. So next thing i know the bank wants their money back.
