Best answer has been given. But I wonder why you need to know?
When the lottery first started, I wrote a prog to store and show numbers drawn, i.e. 'hot' and 'cold' numbers. But I gave up after 18 months. Because a number has appeared often before, does this mean it is going to appear more often again? Or is it that because a number has not been drawn many times before, then it is more likely to be drawn in future?
At the end of the day, it is pot luck.

bunts is absolutely right. If you want to select a few numbers from that list to play your next lotto, you are only wasting your time. Lottery winning is pure luck; no so-called "hot numbers", no science and no numerology will work.
