Forgive me for saying this, and although I am open-minded to many conspiracy theories, I think what you are saying is kind of far-fetched.

They did it differently in the Pennsylvania State Lottery a number of years ago, presumably in the 1980's, when I lived in Pittsburgh.
The balls used at that time were, I believe, ordinary ping-pong balls, and thus couldn't be taken apart and re-assembled. So the jolly old host of the lottery show, one of those well-loved TV guys who'd spent years hosting bowling shows and such, got together with his organized-crime friends and figured out how to weigh down the balls that they didn't want to come up to the top of the hopper. They injected all but the zero's, four's, and sixes with latex paint, which skinned over and sealed the hole made by the needle.
Then they bet heavily on combinations of 0's, 4's and 6's. The winning number came up 666, and they made a fortune, at least until someone--perhaps a computer program someone had written to check for odd betting patterns--got suspicious.
They were sentenced to terms of maybe fifteen to twenty years each, and I don't think anyone has tried this since.

There are not such a issues as fortunate numbers as all numbers are fortunate. I used to think of like that too till i've got been given the ""Dynamite revised version 2013 "" for %. 3, so common, it helped me getting some common money quickly yet considering which you suspect in fortunate numbers listed right here are some numbers: 723 745 845 955 922 966 Powerball:7-22-28-35-40 9 stable good fortune !

If oyu do the math behind this myth, you'll find that their are too many entries with various combinations to make this worth while. Even if they use the computers to find the least picked numbers, the numbers will still be picked and the money given away.
