What's the name of those arcade machines, where you use to levers to control the arm and drop it to grab a prize?

For the life of me I can't remember the name.

My family and I are going to Paramount's Kings Island this Wednesday and we want to take my niece who is 3 years old. When looking through the Paramount's Kings Island website, I realized how strict they are on height. I was wondering if my niece was 2 foot 11 a year ago, about how tall she would be now. I want her to be able to go and have a good time, and of course we're not going to put her on anything extreme, just the kiddy rides. It seems as though you have to be at least 36 inches to ride anything in kiddy land according to the website. Anybody have a 3 year old and could give me a rough estimate on how tall he/she is would be great. Any input would be helpful, thanks!!

I'm afraid of heights and am afraid of roller coaster rides (mostly the ones with high drops). Should I be afraid of going on most water park rides then?

How old do you have to be to work in the houses or scarezones at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando? Does anyone know? I looked on the internet at the information they had about it at thier website, but I couldn't find anything on the age you had to be and stuff.

My sister and I (who just made up 5 minutes ago after our fight at my boyfriends' parents house) are going to sue Six Flags because last week we were told we couldn't ride Batman because we were too fat to fit in the seats. Bull shyt! We paid good money to get into the park, we should be able to ride the roller-coasters. And my sister and me always support each other so we want to sue Six Flags for wasting our money. How can we go about doing this? And like just because Im 300 lbs doesnt mean I cant ride roller-coasters. I even told the attendant just because the harnass didn't click and lock down on me, didnt mean I couldnt ride- I have like really strong arms so I could hold on tight to the handles when we went upside down. But they told me "No" and to get off- after we waited 2 hours to get on! My sister and me are real close, so we're doing it together. She's not as fat as me, but she sure does eat more! LOL. Just a joke. Anyways how can we sue Six Flags?
