Hershey, hands down. Not only for the chocolate, but Lightning racers is so much better than say, hurtyourknees. Plus, it's got more coasters and more fun.
Not to say you shouldn't visit Dorney park, but if you had to choose one...

I haven't been to Dorney for decades! Hershey does have Chocolate World (see the 3D show--it's great!) Hershey is only about 15 miles from me, so I would say it.

Hershey park!!
I live in pa and i have been to both but Hershey is better because of the ride Stromrunner. You get shoot out of the beginning of the ride at 60 mpr and you then go over a huge hill but it is so much fun. But if you do not like riding rollercoasters there are still other fun things to do there as well. Like going to chocolate world where you can see how they make chocolate.

I'd go to Dorney for the water park
BUT
Hershey has CHOCOLATE
