I love it as well. It's really more about the theming that makes Tower of Terror so awesome. Also, the roles that the cast members play are unique to Disney parks, so that gives Tower of Terror a different kind of appeal!

Drop ride: it deffinitely makes my top 2, between that and "Loco Diablo Mine" at 6 flags great america. that one because it really is the only TRUE freefall ride, no cables, no pistons, just a car that(although attatched to cables) doesn't stay attatched to the actual seats. it pulls you up and lets you just fall all the way to about 40ft. where the brakes are and rapidly but smoothly come to a stop.
as far as overall ride, Tower of Terror makes my top 10 after many others that i cnt really decide on exactly lol.

I loved it too. We rode it several times while at Disney. When we were flying back home, our airplane hit some turbulence and it felt like I was back on The Tower of Terror!

Obviously, you've never been to kennywood. Kennywood in Pittsburgh has the Pitt Fall, It's way higher than the tower of terror, and it's just freakin awesome, and you get a different view depending on which side you sit in.

The nice thing about the tower of terror is that it is able to randomize the drop sequences, giving you a different experience each time.

Strange- I used to dream about it too. I dreamed about Splash Mountain, too. When I actually went on it, though, it wasn't as exciting as my dream ride.
