If your too big for the safety harness to lock in place you haven't got a snowball's chance in hell of winning a lawsuit. there are many situations I'm sure where seats won't accomodate you. I for one wouldn't want you to sit next to me on a plane or any other form of public transportation, not that I have anything aginst fat people, but I do like my space uninfringed upon. In addition, I would think that you would be more concerned about your health than sueing Six Flags for money that you'll probably just eat up anyway.

I'm having a hard time buying what you're selling, so I think a jury would too! Don't waste your money on a lawsuit....Join the Biggest Loser or something, lose 100+ lbs, then go to Six Flags and beat the shyt out of the attendant that wouldn't let you ride!!!

You can't sue them cause your fat.
They have standards that they set for your safty and safty of others. they can't let you cause it would be illegal to let you on without the proper safty regulations. So you can try but you will be wasting you time and money trying to sue them you have better luck sueing mcdonalds cause they made you too fat to ride them then you would sueing six flags for being to fat to ride. I have had that problem in the past with the weight issue so i check the seat at the front of the line before i wait to see if the belt clicks . Don't hate me cause i am telling you the truth. i too am over 300 so don't worry.

Sorry....You may not have much of a case. YOu see, when you purchased tickets, you agreed to abide by the rules of the park. AND the rules state that the ride operators may make decisions based not upon your shape or your feelings but upon insurance and SAFETY. If you are not going to fit in the seat properly, or the harness is not going to keep you safe, then the ride operator has been given the power to keep you out - for your safety. I do'nt care how strong you THINK You are, no one but no one can keep 300 pounds from being thrown out of a ride like that when the ride is moving the way they do. (You're not talking 300 pounds of weight at that point, but more like 1000 or more due to the power of "G-Forces")
This has nothing to do with your size, and everything to do with safety.

If they used the words "too fat" then thats wrong. I'm sorry :( But they can't let anyone ride if the harness doesnt click and lock. They would be in a lot of trouble for that and would have a bigger lawsuit to pay out if you fell and got hurt or killed.

If ya can't lock the harnass, you simply can't go on. If they let you on and fall out, they would get sued to no extent! You're not gunna win with that case. So don't even try. If you are truly desperate to go on that roller coaster, that should give you some incentive to loose the weight!

We had a similar problem at Paramounts Kings Dominion the first year the Volcano opened, we are bigger ppl and they made her have to wear a wut she called the Fat lady strap. But otherwise most rides will warn you if you are of dispropotinate of body size then some may not be able to ride. I didnt think I would be able to ride the Italian Job this year but they meant tall ppl would have trouble riding being ya got 2 squeez into a mini cooper car.
Not sure how ya gonn win that case especially when they prolly had Body size warnings.
I hate them as much as anyone. Its embarassing and mentally damaging.
Good luck in yer pursuit but get every piece of info on the ride itself and find out wut warnings they have or had if any if they didnt have any warning ya gots sumthin if they did, they gonna just laugh it off.
Good luck

I bet you would not hang about and sue had you gone on the ride, and fallen off! They did it for your own safety, and you still complain about it! Idiot! Then there are the rescue people, and bystanders who would have been put at risk if you needed further assistance after falling. Try thinking of others!
