Why did red alert not add AXE union or atleast Japan or China?

And....

Where did they get all that national weapons, the the grand cannon come from the french, and british(sorry if im wrong) is not the only country to use sniper in real life. But the main question is: Where did they get all that national weapons for all those countrie?

I know of one in South Ealing, called "And So It Begins" but it's ages away. Surely there's more than one? I'm not looking for an internet cafe, but a dedicated gaming Cafe that has various games you can play over LAN or online. Ideally central or South London. Google hasn't helped so far!

I enjoy playing video games with my friend, but he's a terribly blatant screen peeker. Whenever we play system link or online my scores are always better than his, but split screen he usually wins by one or two points. It has become even more obvious now that we're playing Call of Duty 2, and I can watch on the "Kill Cam" how he magically knows that I'm right behind him. I've confronted him on the issue many times, but is there a good way to break him of the habit?

to cut a long story short,is it true if you play a game over and over again with someone that is so out of your league that he'll beat you everytime make you better?and for your info the game i am revering to is dota.....
