yes, and very easily. anime characters have way better moves than superman.

If it went in the whole DB-Z style with the waiting then yes son goku could beat him. But not many people have beat superman without the use of his weakness.

No i don't think so Superman gets his powers from the sun. Goku has to charge up i don't think Superman would let Goku do that.
