i actually don,t know have you checked the secret doors and walls or maybe its just closed iv,e went to the 5th floor and the stairs said keep out so i guees its the roof or its just under counstruction

The only way to get to the rooftop is by the elevator. So walk up to it, then it'll say:

Rooftop
5th Floor
4th Floor
3rd Floor
2nd Floor
Lobby
Basement

And click on Rooftop. Explore it! I just explored it and it's cool!!
